A. I decided to do self talk offline in morning session.

A. I think digital detox for half an hour is necessary to optimize the technological advantage.
Q. Why you think this?
A. For instance right now I am using focus feature in my windows 11 while writing this blog post.
Q. What does the focus feature do?
A. Focus feature turn of every notification for given time period.
Q. How is your day?
A. Let’s go through the criteria and then decide.
Q. Fine. Do you complete the fabulous challenge?
A. Yes. Morning challenge is done but night one is still need to be done.
Q. How many hours you watched online lecture?
A. I used my mobile for four hours and two minutes but did not watched online lecture for single second.
Q. In morning I was helping my father in his business and from afternoon to evening I was busy shopping for Deepawali.
Q. Then how you used so much screen time?
A. I watched YouTube for fifty three minutes and for thirty four minutes I was purchasing insurance for myself.
Q. Which insurance you bought?
A. I bought cancer care with twenty lakhs cover for two thousand six hundred yearly primium.
Q. Next criteria now. How many self talk session you have today?
A. This is my first one. Morning session was interrupted by my parents.
Q. How many people you helped today?
A. I help my family members if that counts.
Q. Tell me you want to count it?
A. No.
Q. Then how is your day?
A. I worked whole day and It turn out that I wasted my day. I will say today is a poor day.
Q. What you learned from this?
A. I need to priorities my activities.
Q. Does your mobile also have focus function?
A. I will search for it once I get done with this self talk.
Q. What else you want to say?
A. Don’t use primer unless you are big businessman heavenly invested in online sale and services.
Q. What make you to change your mind?
A. Of total twenty plus lessons I found only one lesson useful in my business. Every other lesson is either for launching website or apps and doing there marketing.
Q. Don’t you want to do online business?
A. I want to give optimum customer satisfaction. First I will do it offline and then I will take it online if it appear that internet is helping my business in providing better customer satisfaction.
Q. How will you find that?
A. When I am no more able to improve the operation of business and going online appear to be next big step.
Q. Aren’t you already online?
A. Yes I am. But my online presence is limited. Also at present I am consumer in internet business and I still have to be producer and provider in internet workplace.
Q. How will you do that?
A. Let see what destiny’s plan for me because destiny is neither friend nor enemy. It is as it is.
